Founded in late 2007, Designer Pages Online is an information platform targeting the architecture and design industries. The Company aims to help designers find and manage product information, and concurrently help manufacturers learn how designers come to find their goods via a web media and client analytics platform. Based in the Upper Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, our team is best characterized as young, motivated, and hip, with a broad spectrum of talents and skill-sets mostly within the spheres of technology, media, and quantitative analysis. While the work environment is organized by output, team members work collaboratively across departments and are frequently required to tackle assignments that require on-the-spot learning and inventiveness.

Designer Pages Online is currently seeking a National Sales Manager to supervise expansion efforts of the Company’s internal media sales infrastructure and to further develop key relationships with major clientele in the United States. As the Company’s advertising inventory is still being refined, this role will likewise require translating client feedback into actionable product development. While based in New York surrounded by substantial local opportunity, this role will require recurring travelling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategize with management to refine prospect and client sales strategies
  • Manage sales team of 3-4 to implement updated sales program
  • Prepare and present high level, customized presentations and pitches that effectively highlight the Company’s programs
  • Achieve company monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Collect and escalate partner feedback to help prioritize the evolution of the Company’s product offerings
  • Represent the Company at industry trade associations and events
  • Travel as required

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience selling technology solutions to ad agencies and advertisers; industry experience and/or knowledge, preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, start up environment
  • Results driven with a thorough, consultative approach
  • Strong work ethic with proven passion for quality and client satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s Degree
